Description

I feel like since I've moved to California, I've gotten on this crazy anti-government kick. I'm taking art classes and one of our assignments was to pick a word or two off a list and create some manner of a depiction, and I used Fear and Responsibility.

Done in pencils.

Pretty nice work I like the concept as well.

I think the hands need some more work though.

Could possibly work more on smoothing out the dark shading around the whole scene and make it darker.
